The AMBI group, a cinematographic company based in Europe, was co-founded by her in 2013 because of her love for cinema. Monika Bacardi is a citizen of Monaco nowadays; she has lived there for over twenty years. Monika Bacardi's involvement in the arts world was deepened when she became part-owner of 'PHOTO' Magazine in the year 2014.

The distinguished 'PHOTO' magazine (which has been running since the 60's) was acquired by Monika Bacardi a few years back.

Monaco’s cultural and charity movements are things in which Monika Bacardi is very engaged. She assists to raise resources for causes associated with social concerns of great importance to her by supporting numerous localised charitable entities. Academic support for children in need is proffered by Mission Enfance. Monika ardently stands by this charitable organisation. Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research is a cancer-related charitable organisation that Monika Bacardi supports, as well as Fondation AVEC and Ecoute Cancer Réconfort.
